  • Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another puppy, up to 7 days before delivery, if circumstances change.
  • Payment Schedule: Full payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to delivery. This allows us to finalise veterinary checks and transport arrangements in advance.
  • Delivery: Delivery is included for deliveries up to 40km from Perth Airport. Deliveries beyond this range may incur additional charges. Please contact us to discuss delivery outside this area.
