LitterClub Home & Lifestyle Questionnaire

At Claremont Puppies, we know that matching a puppy with the right family goes beyond breed or appearance. This questionnaire is designed to understand your household, lifestyle and expectations so we can pair you with a puppy whose temperament, energy level and care requirements suit you best. Your thoughtful responses help ensure a smooth transition and a positive, long-term companionship. Please note: the first four questions (marked with *) are required. The remaining questions will help us achieve the best match, so we encourage you to return and complete them when you can.

Different breeds have different energy levels and needs; matching you to the right one helps prevent a mismatch down the track.

Sometimes males and females can have different personalities or health considerations—this helps us narrow the field.

Some dogs—especially working or high-energy breeds—need more room than a cosy apartment can provide. We use this information, along with all your other answers, to match each puppy with the best possible owner—so the more detail you share, the better your chances of finding the perfect companion.

Please tell us about your yard or outdoor area—size, fencing and surfaces. We need this information to match active breeds with spaces big and safe enough for running, play and potty breaks.

To make sure everyone gets along—some breeds do better in multi-pet homes than others.

Younger kids and dogs both need gentle introductions and extra supervision for everyone’s safety.

We want to match you with a dog that won’t trigger sneezes or itchy eyes!

Puppies need socialisation and mental stimulation—knowing alone-time helps us advise on training or daycare.

Your experience level helps us tailor our guidance and support.

Formal classes can make a huge difference—this tells us if you’ll need extra resources or referrals.

We need to make sure your pup won’t be left lonely or anxious for too long.

Any extra details—like a busy cafĂ© at home or a big family event—help us fine-tune the perfect match.
